Marcin ’groh’ Grośkiewicz (born in 1981) – CEO and A&R of a few Polish independent vinyl labels such as electronic U Know Me Records (more than 30 vinyls in catalogue), organic Funky Mamas And Papas Recordings (15 vinyls), hip-hop focused JuNouMi Records (15 vinyls) and more. Vinyl only DJ, promoter, but most importantly – a music digger. In music industry since 1999 (hip-hop promoter). As a DJ since early 2000s he played at some of the biggest Polish festivals and hundreds of clubs – always only from vinyl. As a delegate he participated in many international music conferences such as: The Great Escape 2013,14,15; CMJ New York 2013; Rio Music Conference 2015; Tallin Music Week 2015,16; Berlin Music Week 2014; Reeperbahn Festival 2015; Eurosonic 2014 and many others.
