SONAR is a Warsaw-based Polish band, consisting ofproducer Łukasz Stachurko (one half of RYSY), drummer Rafał Dutkiewicz, pianist Artur Bogusławski and debuting vocalist Lena Osińska. Fascination with trip-hop as well as sensual electronic music resulted in a truly original sound and it is indeed hard to compare Sonar to anything else. Only Polish lyrics (written by Mateusz Holak), live drums, a string quartet, many special guests and above all Lena’s vocals is what makes their forthcoming album “Pętle” so unique.
