Tropiki is a project of Michał Urban from Szczecin. Sunny aura and funky groove have always defined his musical style by balancing on the edge of vintage sounds and contemporary electronics.
He has already released three official publications (Asfalt, Grill Funk, U Know Me). He is also a member of the most crazy team of Szczecin’s DJs – Local Disco Allnigther.
„Panorama” EP is the debut release of Tropiki for U Know Me Records. Instrumental, house music tailored to the upcoming summer season.
Tropiki, like no other, can draw the sun from behind the grey Polish blocks, which is visible in his music video for the song „French Łącznik”. He creates his world image by using photos of his dad from a trip overseas in the 1980s, juxtaposing them with the Polish landscape.
It is worth noting that one of the photos of Michał’s dad is on the EP’s cover.
In addition to the original productions, the „Panorama” also features remixes from Jazxing, Patryk Niedziela, and TVB.
